Robert has been in the investment industry since 1983. He joined the Acumen team in 1999. Before Acumen, he was a Senior Vice President and Branch Manager with a large, bank-owned investment firm, having founded and managed the growth of their Calgary Retail Operations. Rob works in an investment sales team with Imran Mulji and Loredana Alaia.
Robert is one of the founding members of the Calgary Chapter of the Canadian Association of Financial Planners. Before becoming an Investment Advisor, Rob earned a business degree from Arizona State University in 1983.
For 22 years Robert gave the daily market and investment commentary on behalf of Acumen on local TV.
Along with his numerous other charitable contributions, Rob has been a volunteer for the Calgary Stampede for over 35 years. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of the Calgary Stampede for ten years and, after his many years of voluntary service, is an Honorary Life Director assisting the Calgary Stampede with special projects.
