Acumen Capital Partners has an opening for an Investment Advisor Assistant to join our team. This role supports the success and growth of Investment Advisors by organizing and monitoring accounts, placing trades, preparing required documentation, meeting with clients, supporting compliance requirements and maintaining an effective and efficient work environment.
The successful candidate must be detail oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Superior time management and organization ability is required as additional responsibilities include maintaining a client database, reviewing transactions and providing client service through taking and placing trade orders as required. A personable approach and demonstrated ability to build rapport and strong client relationships is essential.
- Licensed as an Investment Representative
- A minimum (2) two years in the financial industry is required
- A solid understanding of Canadian and US Equity markets
- Superior Email and Calendar and Time Management skills
