Acumen Capital Partners, a Calgary based boutique wealth management firm, has an opening for an Investment Advisor Assistant to join our team. This role supports the success and growth of
Investment Advisors by preparing required documentation, completing administrative tasks, placing trades, supporting compliance requirements, and maintaining an effective and efficient work environment
Education & Experience Requirements:
– Licensed as an Investment Representative
– A minimum (2) two years in the financial industry is required
– Superior Time Management and Technical skills
– A solid understanding of Canadian and US Equity markets
The successful candidate must be detail oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a
team. Superior time management and organization ability is required as additional responsibilities
include reviewing transactions, responding to client requests, and placing trade orders as required.
A personable approach and demonstrated ability to build rapport and strong client relationships is
essential.
