Kim Clarke is a results-driven professional with over two decades of leadership experience in the banking and financial services industry, having held roles such as Teller, Branch Secretary, Loans Clerk, Administration Manager, and Branch Manager. During her time at Mawer Investment Management, Canada Trust, and the Bank of Montreal, she played pivotal roles in driving customer service excellence, leading key committees, and managing branch operations. Known for her focus on building long-term client relationships and implementing strategic business plans, Kim contributed to the success of both her teams and the organizations she served. She has earned certifications in areas like Petroleum Administration, First Aid, and Mutual Fund Sales and Compliance, with experience in compliance-heavy environments, managing critical timelines, and maintaining confidentiality.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Kim is deeply committed to her community, providing care and support to individuals with disabilities and seniors, and serving as a team manager and tryout coordinator for her sons' hockey teams. She has also been an active PTA board member. Kim loves spending time at her summer cottage with her three sons and Golden Doodle, Misty, and enjoys gardening, fishing, and bike riding.
